Originally Posted 7/24/2012: Very few Carrera 2.7 MFI have come to market the last few months so it is refreshing to see a new car on offer. This 1974 Carrera 2.7 is offered in its original Light Yellow (117) color and black interior. The original selling dealer in Genève, Switzterland added a ducktail for 800 SFr and a Blaupunkt Goslar radio for 1200 SFr. Original books and some paperwork accompany the car, though the pouch is missing.
The cars original Carrera Sport wheel has been replaced with an aftermarket wheel, but this is easy to revert. The driver side mirror is painted black, so was likely replaced at some point as early 1974 Carreras all were delivered with chrome mirrors and headlight rings even when the black trim was specified. This appears to be a nice car that won't require much sorting to be correct. No mention is made by the seller regarding the state of the mechanicals.
